About Christofer - CEO and Executive Producer

Christofer Nelson is passionate about about helping leaders drive innovation and develop their capacity to collaborate more effectively.  He does this through a variety of roles, including working individually with top leaders, developing instutional programs and conveneing leaders through outcomes-driven events.

Christofer is the CEO and an Executive Producer for C3 Programs LLC where he works with clients who are seeking to engage their constituents, employees or the public  through innovative programming. 

Some of Christofer's recent clients include the Case Foundation, Georgetown Univeristy and the Joyce Foundation.  Christofer develops and executes events for the White House, NASA and other leading public sector insitutions.  

Christofer has worked for many years with the X PRIZE Foundation, helping them design and facilitate leadership summits and workshops for top innovators across the globe.  He has also produced their recent $10 million prize announcement and their last two annual fundraising galas, which raise millions of dollars a year.

In addition to his role as a consultant, he help to lead the Impact Center—a national nonprofit that brings accomplished leaders together with the next generation to share their talents and experience in order to empower emerging leaders with the knowledge skills and network they need to have a greater societal impact.

In this role with the Impact Center, Christofer helped to to manage the Obama Administration's Presidential Appointee Leadership Program, which is designed to help top appointees more effectively collaborate to advance the Administration's priorities and serve the American people. Christofer’s most recent work with the Impact Center includes the design and launch of the Pathways to Power—a program designed to help leaders traditionally disenfranchised communities ascend along their pathway in order to more fully reflect the diversity of our society at the highest levels of public and private leadership.  The two most successful elements of this program have been an annual Fellowship for Women Leaders and an annual Women's Leadership Conference.
