Opportunity Green 2010
Our team has worked with Opportunity Green for several years, and were proud to step up this year to help make the Opportunity Green 2010 ("OG10") one of the best sustainable business conferences in the United States.
Opportunity Green 2010 brought together leaders from all over the world in the public and private sectors, from Fortune 50 companies to new startups, who were looking for new ways to connect and work together in order to balance the triple bottom line: people, planet and profit.
The conference included a packed agenda of presentations, panels and networking opportunities that explored new ideas, emerging trends and amazing ingenuity. Opportunity Green 2010 helped facilitate the movement to transform business for good, through advancing change and market transformation by providing open-minded professionals unprecedented approaches to sustainability that are bankable and exciting.
Technical and Content Production
Our involvement this year included technical production, design and direction of the conference sessions, focusing specifically on the main stage and 650+ person general sessions.
We were very proud to help Opportunity Green by providing the following support:
- Work with team members and other key stakeholders on the integration of agenda and content into all aspects of planning (logistics, production, etc)
- Work specifically with moderators and speakers to craft interactive sessions that deliver concrete outcomes for participants, VIPs, sponsors and other stakeholders
- Oversee on-site speaker experience and stage-management, including speaker setup, preparation, delivery, capturing, etc.
- Oversee stage production, from planning through final execution and capturing of session content
- Develop session flow to ensure all elements are seamlessly integrated into the program and flawlessly executed throughout the event
- Technical direction and production team managment: lights, sound, video, stage design, graphics, etc
- Coordinate production details with Opportunity Green event team, logistics manager, venue, and other stakeholders
